Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership

- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Innovation
- Expertise in futures thinking methodologies (e.g., scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants for emerging tech
