Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps by analyzing AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence trends
- Lead ideation workshops for next-gen products with engineering and design teams
- Partner with VPs to align innovation initiatives with 5-year business objectives
- Manage a $2M annual innovation budget for prototyping and pilot programs
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and external stakeholders quarterly
- Champion ethical tech frameworks and sustainable innovation practices
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technology adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy or innovation roles with Fortune 500 or scale-ups
- Proven track record launching products 3-5 years ahead of market cycles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, nanotech, Web4)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (patents, whitepapers, keynotes)
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $1M
- Fluency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Certification in Agile/Lean Innovation methodologies
