Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 innovation roadmaps for AI-driven product ecosystems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, neurotech) with 3-5 year impact projections
- Architect sustainable digital frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory and environmental standards
- Partner with C-suite to translate foresight insights into actionable business strategy
- Champion ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation governance frameworks

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy with proven 2026+ technology roadmap execution
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, and neuro-interfaces
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology certification
- Track record of scaling innovation from concept to commercial deployment
