- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, Neural Interfaces, Sustainable Tech) to identify competitive advantages
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for next-gen technology incubation
- Present innovation frameworks to stakeholders using data-driven scenario modeling and predictive analytics
- Oversee $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation for high-impact 2026-readiness initiatives
- Establish KPIs measuring long-term strategic impact on market positioning and revenue growth
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with proven 5-year horizon planning experience
- Expertise in emerging technologies: Generative AI, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or Web3 infrastructure
- Track record of launching at least two market-defining products/services with multi-year impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
