Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech convergence, AI ethics)
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying market disruptors before mainstream adoption
- Design cross-technology integration frameworks for exponential growth scenarios
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for tech adoption curve acceleration
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and external stakeholders including government innovation councils
- Mentor emerging innovators through our FutureWorks Accelerator program
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record in patent development or tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning for geopolitical tech disruption
- Mastery of agile methodologies for rapid prototyping of future concepts
