- Collaborate with C-suite executives to position company as thought leader in next-generation innovation
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Present future-vision briefings to investors, partners, and regulatory bodies
- Mentor emerging talent in emerging technology ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Futures Studies, or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least three 2026-relevant domains: quantum applications, climate AI, or neurotech interfaces
- Executive-level stakeholder management with Fortune 500 or unicorn startup experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
