Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market disruptors
- Lead cross-functional teams in launching breakthrough products/services
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and investors
- Build and manage an $8M innovation portfolio with risk-adjusted ROI targets
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify first-mover opportunities
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products (>$100M revenue)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology (MBA/PhD preferred)
- Experience scaling innovation teams in Fortune 500 environments
- Exceptional financial modeling and portfolio management skills
- Published thought leadership in innovation or strategy journals
