Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple geographies
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Certification in strategic innovation or technology foresight (preferred)
