Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year innovation roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing sectors
- Identify and validate disruptive technologies through market analysis and patent landscaping
- Design and execute pilot programs for emerging technologies with enterprise partners
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at global tech summits
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our FutureWorks Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or venture capital with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with specialization in emerging tech
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies (3+ successful exits)
- Expertise in at least two of: generative AI, synthetic biology, or quantum algorithms
- Deep understanding of global regulatory landscapes for frontier technologies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools like Tableau
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for international stakeholder engagement
