Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological advancements
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Develop and execute proof-of-concept projects for emerging technologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor ecosystems
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across product lines
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or tech development leadership
- Proven track record launching at least 3 disruptive products/solutions
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, Web3, biotech
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Strong data analytics and market research proficiency
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in enterprise environments
