Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap by analyzing quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment in regulated industries
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and integrate emerging startups into our ecosystem
- Present strategic briefings to board members on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead a dedicated team of futurists and technical architects to execute strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven impact on enterprise transformation
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from World Future Society) or equivalent foresight training
- Track record of launching products/services with 5+ year market vision
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Experience securing $5M+ budgets for multi-year innovation initiatives
- Published thought leadership on technology ethics or disruption forecasting
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
