Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging tech opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Translate strategic vision into actionable implementation plans with measurable KPIs
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes through proprietary analytics
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation roles within tech/consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CPSI, CEIM) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology foresight projects
