Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps aligning with emerging tech trends (quantum computing, bio-interfaces, AI ethics)
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype and validate disruptive business models
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify billion-dollar opportunities
- Secure strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor a team of futurists and product architects
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies in enterprise innovation processes
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy/innovation roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record launching products generating $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Strong network in Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Design Thinking and Lean Startup methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive presentations
- Experience scaling innovation programs across global teams
