Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Analyze emerging tech trends and market shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Build strategic partnerships with industry leaders and research institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive R&D initiatives with $5M+ annual budget allocation
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred)
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-tech initiatives
- Certification in foresight strategy (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent
