Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-ups
- Proven track record launching products with 3+ year development horizons
- Expertise in emerging tech forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
- Portfolio of successfully scaled innovation initiatives
- Certifications in Agile/Scrum and product management
