The Opportunity: As our lead 2026 strategist, you'll shape our multi-year roadmap, identify paradigm-shifting opportunities, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to bring tomorrow's innovations to life. This role requires equal parts visionary thinking and pragmatic execution.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable impact on industry transformation
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year market potential
- Lead cross-functional pods of engineers, designers, and futurists to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions, governments, and global corporations
- Present innovation frameworks and progress to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and long-term competitive advantage
- Champion a culture of calculated risk-taking and rapid experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years leading innovation initiatives in tech-forward environments
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 5+ year market impact
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect disparate trends into cohesive strategies
- Experience securing $1M+ innovation budgets and managing cross-continental teams
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three paradigm-shifting projects
