Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing 5-10 year innovation roadmaps for tech-driven organizations
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method) and scenario planning tools
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (Web3, AI ethics, climate tech, biotech convergence)
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth startup environments
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder management expertise
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
