Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-adjacent technology roadmaps with 5-year implementation horizons
- Conduct horizon-scanning research in exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Architect innovation frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech adoption
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budgets through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Pioneer industry-first partnerships with NASA, CERN, and leading academic institutions
- Present strategic visions at Davos, TED, and global tech summits
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Fellows program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology with 10+ years in tech innovation
- Published author in Nature/AI journals on exponential technologies
- Proven track record scaling R&D budgets >$20M with 40% YoY innovation ROI
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Security clearance (Top Secret) or equivalent government tech collaboration experience
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Portfolio of deployed technologies with >1M user impact
