Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify scalable opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-focused solutions
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate disruptive startups
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and board members
- Author thought leadership publications on industry transformation
- Manage R&D budget allocation for 2026 initiative incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in futures forecasting, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presentation skills
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to commercialization
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
