Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for client organizations preparing for exponential change
- Facilitate cross-disciplinary workshops with futurists, engineers, and business leaders
- Author white papers and trend reports on emerging paradigms in AI, biotech, and sustainability
- Design and implement innovation sprints for Fortune 500 partners
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
- Represent the firm at global innovation summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in innovation strategy or futurism consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Certification in futures forecasting (e.g., WFS, APF) or design thinking
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
