Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps aligning with market disruptions and technological convergence
- Lead scenario planning for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech adoption
- Drive cross-functional initiatives integrating IoT, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and ROI
- Curate strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present innovation portfolios to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record executing multi-year innovation horizons (2020-2025)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams (US, EU, APAC)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, or Engineering
- Portfolio of successfully launched future-facing products/services
