- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies and geopolitical shifts
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite stakeholders
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators focused on 2026+ tech horizons
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track progress through our proprietary FutureMetrics platform
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning within tech or R&D environments
- Proven expertise in emerging tech trends: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or climate tech
- Portfolio demonstrating execution of multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives from concept to market launch
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies and systems thinking
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
