Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with emerging market trends and disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Analyze quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence points for competitive advantage
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to translate future concepts into scalable MVPs
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and patent landscapes for strategic positioning
- Mentor junior futurists and build an innovation culture across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in corporate innovation, R&D strategy, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching technology-forward initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
