Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence and bio-digital interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams through agile innovation sprints with 6-week delivery cycles
- Conduct horizon scanning across 12 emerging tech verticals (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment in regulated industries
- Drive $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Partner with venture arms to scout and integrate 2026-ready startups
- Present strategic vision to C-suite boards and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven 2020+ innovation leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or Systems Thinking
- Experience scaling innovation from prototype to $100M+ revenue products
- Strong portfolio of implemented exponential tech solutions
- Certification in Future Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Fluency in Python and system architecture modeling
