- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Track KPIs for innovation ROI and product adoption metrics
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic innovation or product development with Fortune 500/tech startups
- Proven track record launching tech products with exponential growth
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Proficiency in AI/ML, blockchain, or biotech domains
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar designation
- Experience with agile frameworks and product lifecycle management
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and executive audiences
