Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market viability
- Present strategic foresight briefings to executive stakeholders and cross-functional leadership
- Establish KPI frameworks for tracking emerging technology adoption and disruption readiness
- Champion ethical innovation principles in exponential technology development
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology strategy
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Strong data literacy with experience in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
