- Conduct competitive intelligence and scenario planning for future market landscapes

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or consulting

- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, Tableau, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) a plus
