Responsibilities

- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting future adoption
- Manage cross-functional innovation initiatives from concept to launch
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate innovation or technology strategy
- Proven track record in emerging technology evaluation and adoption
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and biotech landscapes
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Certification in Foresight or Technology Forecasting (e.g., CFIP)
