- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and EU Horizon Europe initiatives
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite executives and congressional technology committees
- Drive adoption of ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Manage $12M annual R&D budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Author white papers published in Nature Futures and IEEE Technology Review
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years leading R&D initiatives at Fortune 100 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML solutions to 10M+ user bases
- Deep expertise in quantum-resistant cryptography and distributed ledger systems
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain TS/SCI)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
