Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026-2030 strategic vision frameworks using trend analysis and scenario planning

- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI in future-facing markets
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with ecosystem partners and thought leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors
- Oversee risk assessment protocols for technological disruptions
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Proven expertise in scenario modeling and long-range forecasting
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (Web4, climate tech, neurotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and executive presentation skills
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and lean startup methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic implementations
