Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps using predictive analytics and trend forecasting

- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for enterprise clients
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year adoption potential
- Author thought leadership reports on future-of-work implications and digital transformation
- Manage strategic relationships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching tech-driven initiatives with measurable ROI
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and trend analysis tools
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating innovation frameworks implemented in real-world scenarios
