As a cornerstone of our R&D division, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates and Silicon Valley pioneers to prototype systems that will define the next decade. You'll lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing frameworks for autonomous ecosystems, quantum-integrated supply chains, and climate-resilient urban planning.
Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption across industries
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in tech ecosystems
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Manage pilot programs for scalable sustainable infrastructure solutions
- Author thought leadership on future-of-work paradigms and digital transformation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Future Studies with 7+ years of strategic innovation experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex socio-technical systems
- Experience securing federal grants for R&D initiatives ($5M+ projects)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating leadership in at least two disruptive technology domains
