- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for emerging tech integration
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough technologies in development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product innovation or R&D leadership within tech/industrial sectors
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Strategic Innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Forecasting preferred
- Experience managing global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable innovation frameworks
- Strong financial modeling skills for long-term tech investment analysis
