Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership within tech/consulting
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR) and future trends
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budgeting and ROI analysis
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or equivalent)
