Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology methodologies
- Manage annual $5M innovation portfolio with ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Proven track record in launching commercialized innovations
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, or sustainable AI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience securing federal SBIR/STTR grants
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and system architecture design
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, or similar innovation bodies
