Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, biotech, and clean energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and researchers in agile development cycles
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budgets through data-driven investment proposals
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU innovation hubs
- Drive commercialization of breakthrough technologies with 3-year product launch targets
- Mentor talent pipeline through university partnerships and hackathons
- Report quarterly to C-suite board on innovation KPIs and patent portfolio growth
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record of launching 3+ category-defining products/services
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI governance, or climate tech
- Published research in Nature/Science with 50+ citations minimum
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder management
- Portfolio of 10+ patents or equivalent IP assets
- Experience securing Series B+ funding rounds ($10M+)
