- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, incubation programs, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage multi-million dollar innovation budgets with ROI-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, product development, or strategic consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-disrupting products/solutions
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across C-suite, investors, and technical teams
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing innovation budgets >$5M
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation strategy or future-tech publications
- Experience in scaling startups or leading corporate innovation labs
