Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions across AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Drive commercialization of emerging technologies through pilot programs and strategic partnerships
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and long-term competitive advantage
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling business cases and stakeholder presentations
- Curate a global network of futurists, VCs, and academic researchers
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to the board of directors
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level strategy roles
- Proven track record of launching at least three breakthrough technologies with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional financial modeling skills with experience in innovation budgeting
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (e.g., Nature, MIT Tech Review)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
