Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on AI ethics, quantum adoption, and climate-tech convergence

- Forge strategic alliances with MIT, Stanford, and global research institutions
- Present quarterly strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on emerging tech disruptions
- Oversee the innovation incubator program, mentoring 15+ breakthrough projects annually
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on exponential technologies (nanotech, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Drive patent strategy for quantum algorithms and sustainable energy systems
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering
- 12+ years in R&D leadership with proven track record in commercializing emerging tech
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or AI systems
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning for 2025-2030
- Experience securing $50M+ in innovation grants and venture partnerships
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for AI and quantum technologies
