Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmap aligned with 2026 technological horizons
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams developing breakthrough solutions in quantum AI and sustainable tech
- Secure $50M+ in strategic partnerships and government innovation grants
- Present disruptive innovations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and market disruption
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Quantum Fellows program
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 landscapes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of launching products generating $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants and VC funding
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field with demonstrable patents
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning)
