Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps for AI-driven automation and quantum-integrated systems
- Lead cross-functional squads developing next-gen IoT and biotech interfaces
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D funding through stakeholder presentations and ROI modeling
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA for collaborative R&D
- Drive patent development (target: 5+ annually) in emerging tech domains
- Mentor a team of 8 specialists in innovation methodologies and future-proofing
- Present quarterly tech forecasts to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching 3+ industry-disrupting products post-2020
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- Published research in IEEE Nature or peer-reviewed journals
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and emerging quantum programming languages
- Strong network with DARPA and NSF program directors
