- Mentor a cohort of 15+ specialized researchers in emerging fields
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of launching commercialized AI/quantum products
- Expertise in forecasting technology trends and market disruption vectors
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR/STTR)
- Strong background in agile methodologies for R&D environments
- Demonstrated leadership in scaling technical teams from 5 to 50+
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent tier
