Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with global tech trends and market opportunities
- Lead ideation workshops and hackathons to generate disruptive concepts in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Partner with VPs of Engineering and Product to prototype and validate MVPs for next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups to accelerate innovation
- Present innovation portfolios to C-suite and investors to secure funding and buy-in
- Mentor a team of 10+ intrapreneurs in lean startup methodologies and agile execution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product/tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-disrupting products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Design Thinking, Lean Startup, or similar frameworks
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and venture capital
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Experience scaling innovation labs in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Prior success navigating regulatory and ethical implications of emerging tech
