Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive solutions
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through strategic stakeholder presentations
- Pioneer patent portfolios for emerging tech with 200+ IP applications
- Establish industry partnerships with Fortune 500 companies for 2026 adoption pipelines
- Mentor junior innovators through our 'Future Leaders' incubator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in R&D or strategic innovation leadership at tech-forward companies
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Experience securing >$10M in venture or corporate funding
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages and system architecture design
