- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused methodologies
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or strategic R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching products with 2026+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, carbon capture)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Strong network with DARPA, MIT Media Lab, or similar institutions
- Published thought leadership in Nature, IEEE, or HBR
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovators
