Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap with 3-year strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI/neural interface prototypes
- Drive research in quantum-resistant cryptography and sustainable computing
- Partner with VCs and startups to scout emerging disruptive technologies
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of launching market-disruptive products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Strong background in venture capital or corporate innovation labs
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Experience with agile/lean methodologies for long-term R&D
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) a plus
