Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for autonomous systems and decentralized networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-AI collaboration frameworks
- Establish ethical governance protocols for emerging biometric interfaces
- Partner with VCs to incubate spin-off ventures targeting 2026 market gaps
- Produce annual state-of-the-future reports for executive and public audiences
- Curate quarterly 'Future Forward' symposia with industry thought leaders
- Mentor junior futurists through our Horizon Development Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record in launching products/services with 5+ year impact horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics (IEEE/MIT/Forbes)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Experience scaling teams from prototype to global deployment
