Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Drive prototype development and rapid iteration cycles for future products
- Mentor technical teams in forward-thinking methodologies and emerging tools
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management or strategic R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching breakthrough technologies (quantifiable results)
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Strategic Innovation
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's tech and venture capital ecosystems
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to market deployment
- Certification in Innovation Management or Futures Thinking preferred
