Responsibilities
- Lead strategic innovation initiatives for 2026 product roadmap, including AI integration, quantum computing applications, and sustainable tech solutions.
- Manage cross-functional innovation labs with engineers, designers, and data scientists to prototype breakthrough concepts.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (Web4.0, biotech convergence, decentralized systems) for commercial viability.
- Develop patent strategies and intellectual property portfolios to secure competitive advantages.
- Present innovation roadmaps and ROI projections to executive stakeholders and board members.
- Build partnerships with research institutions, VCs, and tech incubators to accelerate innovation cycles.
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking.
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation, R&D leadership, or strategic product development.
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies with measurable market impact.
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems, and sustainable tech.
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex innovations to diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Innovation Management, or MBA with tech specialization.
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-functional teams.
- Published thought leadership or patents in future technology domains.
