Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps for 2026+ technological horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation solutions
- Identify emerging trends in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through visionary proposals
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Mentor a team of 15+ innovation specialists
- Present quarterly future-readiness reports to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation or strategic foresight roles
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic concepts to commercial viability
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Biotechnology, or Systems Engineering
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Experience securing multi-million dollar R&D budgets
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
- Fluency in Spanish and Mandarin preferred
